Privacy Policy

How this website actually handles data.

This policy describes the data the cpintech.com website currently collects and processes. It reflects how the site actually operates and does not claim certifications or compliance status that do not exist.

Version date:2026-10-24

1. Scope

This policy applies to the official website under the cpintech.com domain. Services operated by third parties outside this site are not covered. The site currently does not link to external services that require login.

2. Data collected by the site

Browsing this site does not require registration or personal data. An optional support form is available; contact details, requirement, and conversation summary are stored only after you consent and submit.

  • Support form: name, company (optional), enquiry type, requirement, email or phone/LINE, contact preference, budget and timeline (optional), consent time, source page, and case reference.
  • Conversation summary: if you submit through the support panel, the form includes the last few questions and answers so a team member can understand the context.
  • Security and abuse prevention: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile; hashed IP/browser information, request time, and case status are stored server-side. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the case table.
  • Email contact: when you write to [email protected] or [email protected], we receive your email address, name if provided, message content, and attachments.
  • Hosting access logs: the hosting and database providers may record access information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and time for security, troubleshooting, and traffic management. Actual fields and retention depend on provider policy.

3. Purposes

  • Responding to enquiries and arranging cooperation discussions and follow-up.
  • Handling cooperation, project, or contractual matters with you or your organisation.
  • Maintaining website and email security and addressing faults or abuse.
  • Meeting legal or accounting obligations where applicable.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by relevant service providers or authorised personnel only as needed to provide the website, enterprise email, or cooperation. We may disclose data through legal process where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights.

5. Retention

Support cases and conversation summaries are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, cooperation relationship, or legal and accounting obligations. Administrators can delete a case and related data on request or under internal policy. Email correspondence follows the same principle. Hosting log retention is determined by the deployment provider.

6. Your rights

You may email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or to restrict processing. To protect data security, we may need to verify your identity first. If law requires us to retain certain data, we will explain why.

7. Cookies and third-party resources

The site does not load advertising, social tracking, external fonts, or analytics. Primary styles and scripts are served by this site. Public visitors do not receive tracking cookies; the admin console sets a necessary HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict session cookie for authorised staff only.

When the support form opens, Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded to distinguish automated traffic. Cloudflare may process IP address, browser, and interaction signals under its policy; Turnstile is not used for advertising. Site data is stored in Cloudflare Pages and D1. If Email/LINE notifications are enabled, only the case reference, enquiry type, time, and admin link are sent to designated company recipients, not the full conversation or personal data.

8. Security and certifications

We apply basic website and email security measures and avoid publishing sensitive information on the site. This policy does not state that the company holds any specific security, privacy, or industry certification.

9. Changes

We will update this policy and its version date when website features, data handling, or service providers change materially. Please check the latest version before providing personal data.
